About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced OSHC Co-Ordinator and Assistants to join our fantastic team at Kids Academy Early Learning Centre in Forrestfield, WA. This is a part-time role that offers a flexible work environment and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of the children in our care.

What you'll be doing

• Coordinating and overseeing the daily operations of the Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) program
• Developing and implementing engaging, age-appropriate activities and programs for the children
• Ensuring a safe, nurturing and inclusive environment for all children
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements
• Communicating effectively with parents/guardians, school staff and the broader community
• Supervising and supporting a team of OSHC Assistants
• Continuously seeking opportunities to improve the OSHC program

What we're looking for

• Relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related field
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar OSHC or childcare role
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Enthusiasm, creativity and a genuine passion for working with children
• Current First Aid and CPR certification, and a valid Working with Children Check
