We are seeking an experienced Planning & Mobilisation Co-ordinator to join our growing team.
You will be reporting to the Group Manager and be responsible for Co-ordination of Planning & Mobilisation activities to meet GEC business and operational requirements.
We are after a self-driven person with exceptional organisational skills and have the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
Clear, confident communication skills with a high level of initiative, able to work independently and drive outcomes.
The right person can set their own hours – ideally we are after a full-time Mon-Fri role with the ability to work remotely for emergency weekend solutions if needed
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Schedule resources across Shutdown and Project works as per client requirements.
Generate Compliance reports and Maintain Compliance database, identifying gaps and co-ordinating training as required.
Coordinating and booking flights, travel, and accommodation as per client and site requirements.
Develop and communicate accurate and timely, Mobilisation and Demobilisation plans for each event.
Ensure operational requirements are met.
Ensure all personnel are compliant to attend site as per the client requirements.
Effective communication with GEC resource pool, communicating information on upcoming works including mobilisation details.
Effective communication with Client reps to create accounts, ascertain mobilisation requirements and Co-ordinate access onto Site.
QUALIFICATIONS| SKILLS | EXPERIENCE:
2+ years in an equivalent Planning/Mobilisation Role within the Industry.
Previous experience with compliance for shutdowns or project-based work.
Previous experience with various mining portals i.e. INX Software.
Experience with Rapid Crews Workforce Management Desirable.
Excellent Planning & Organisational skills.
A good communicator with effective stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills.
Experienced in identifying process improvement opportunities.
Experience in using job management and planning systems within the mining sector to coordinate maintenance schedules, manage work orders, is also highly regarded.
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office.
