The Role

As a Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for driving growth in the Sydney market. This role combines strategic business development with account management, targeting new opportunities and delivering tailored solutions in the electronic security space.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business development across enterprise and commercial sectors
• Present integrated security solutions tailored to client needs
• Manage and grow existing customer relationships
• Develop proposals, respond to tenders, and close high-value deals
• Liaise with technical teams to ensure seamless project delivery

About You

• Proven sales experience in the electronic security industry
• Strong product knowledge - CCTV, access control, alarms, and related systems
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Highly motivated with a consultative, client-focused approach
• Current security licence (preferred)
