About Us

SnottyNoses.com.au is an award-winning Australian baby health brand, founded in 2013, and trusted by over 300,000 families. The business is a mix of e-commerce/marketplace/wholesale with more than 1,100 retail stockists nationwide, including Baby Bunting and Terry White Pharmacy. Our product range (and hero product Snotty Boss Nasal Aspirator)— support children when they’re sick and congested.

As we grow, we’re seeking a proactive, commercially-minded Business Manager to help streamline our daily operations, support our founder with growth, and ensure our team and factory partners are aligned for success.

About the Role

You’ll work directly with our founder and senior strategist duo, taking charge of coordinating across operations, admin, product, people, processes and projects. You’ll bring structure to our growth plans, you’ll delegate tasks and keep our small team motivated and accountable, and spot opportunities to improve how we work and scale.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate daily business operations across all departments

Manage and empower our small team across admin, dispatch, marketing and sales via planning, collaboration, KPI/performance, accountability

Liaise with local and offshore manufacturers and logistics to manage stock flow

Manage inventory, forecast product demand, and assist with purchase planning/budgeting

Identify and implement process improvements across systems/tools/tech

Manage larger projects like website migration, NDIS registration, WHS compliance

Ensure smooth collaboration between internal staff and freelancers (marketing, ads, design, logistics)

Manage recruitment, onboarding, and performance reviews

Support the founder and senior brand strategist with planning, product development, market positioning, branding, budgeting, reporting, and strategic goals

About You

3+ years experience in operations, business coordination, or commercial management

Strong project management and team leadership experience, demonstrating emotional intelligence, adaptability and kindness

Confident managing suppliers, timelines, and cross-functional priorities

You’ll be adaptable, agile and decisive, with an action-oriented mindset

Tech-savvy (One Drive, project tools, inventory platforms, productivity apps)

Highly organised, solutions-focused, and calm under pressure

Bonus Skills: Background in eCommerce, health products, or baby/wellness brands is highly regarded

Bonus Skills: Knowledge of AI to optimise work flows and ability to learn new ways of working effectively is highly regarded

What You’ll Get

Salary: $110,000+ (based on experience) + Super, with 10% performance bonus
