Thomas Electrical & Solar is a growing, fast-paced electrical and solar company based in Molendinar. With a strong presence in both residential and commercial markets, we’re looking for a motivated and experienced individual to step into a dual-role position focused on business operations and growth.

About the Role:
You will work alongside the Director to help run the day-to-day operations of the electrical division while identifying new business opportunities, building strategic relationships, and driving long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and optimise workflow and systems for electrical projects

Manage scheduling, procurement, and job profitability tracking

Generate new business through builder relationships, tendering, and B2B outreach

Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency

Lead a small team and assist with onboarding, compliance, and safety systems

Prepare and track budgets, quotes, and job forecasting

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in electrical operations / management

Strong business development mindset and confident in relationship-building

Excellent communication, time management, and leadership skills

Tech-savvy with good understanding of quoting systems, CRMs, and job management platforms

Trade background or electrical knowledge highly desirable
