We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Officer to support our client in the Northmead area!

This role is an office-based position with parking available on-site, working as part of a truly collaborative team environment.

Experience in the use of Pronto ERP is essential for this role.

The Role

• Take ownership of Accounts Payable activities, ensuring data accuracy and attention to detail
• Build relationships with stakeholders across the organisation to ensure the smooth-running of accounts payable operations
• Maintain clean and accurate data in internal systems and databases, handling errors and progressing where required
• Support with reporting duties where required
• Provide exceptional customer service and handle all enquiries with integrity

You will need:

• Experience in an Accounts Payable position is essential
• Experience in the use of Pronto ERP is essential for this role
• Clear communication skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• Have a naturally proactive, solution-focussed approach to your duties
