Our client is a well known business who pride themselves on providing high level customer service and quality assistance to their customers. Located in Parramatta, this business has a long established reputation for integrity and professionalism. Presently, they are seeking a dynamic and motivated Accounts Payable Officer to join their close knit team with great staff morale, on a 3 month contract initially with flexibility to WFH 1 day per week. This is a great role for a motivated individual seeking a diverse role and a new challenge.

Position Description
This position is working within a supportive team and reporting in to the Accounts Payable Manager. The key responsibilities and tasks will include but not be limited to:

• Matching, Batching & Coding invoices
• High volume processing of invoices daily
• Managing the AP inbox and responding to queries
• Reconciliations of supplier accounts
• Handle queries with both internal and external stakeholders
• Setting up new vendors and suppliers
• General ad hoc duties as required

The Ideal Candidate
The successful applicant will have proven experience in a similar Accounts Payable role, as well as the following attributes:

• Personable nature and ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
• Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem solving skills with a high attention to detail
• Ability to multi task with excellent time management and organisation skills
• A positive up beat nature and excellent time management skills
