Complete Staff Solutions are seeking an Accounts Payable / Payroll Officer / Administration Assistant to join on of our clients in Grafton!!

The Casual Hourly Rate is $38.99, and they are looking for someone to work 30 hours per week!!

Key Responsibilities:

• Calculating and processing employee salaries, wages, and other compensation, including deductions like taxes and superannuation.
• Maintaining accurate employee records, including personal information, pay rates, and tax details.
• Collecting and approving timesheets, managing leave requests, and ensuring accurate recording of employee hours.
• Ensuring compliance with payroll tax legislation and company policies.
• Preparing payroll reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Answering employee questions related to payroll.
• Receiving, verifying, and processing invoices from vendors and suppliers.
• Ensuring timely and accurate payment of invoices
• Maintaining relationships with vendors and resolving any payment-related queries.
• Reconciling bank statements and vendor statements, and ensuring accurate recording of transactions.
• Preparing accounts payable reports for management.
• Monitoring and controlling company expenses.
