Our client is looking for an experiences Account Payable Officer to assist them in getting back on track! This short-term contract could suit someone who can commit full time hours or part time hours.

You MUST have SAP experience!

Responsibilities include;

Providing high quality and accurate administrative Accounts Payable service

Promote a professional customer service focus in the resolution of Accounts Payable queries and complaints with internal and external customers

Utilising automation software together with Accounts Payable software to ensure creditors payments are completed in an accurate and timely manner adhering to company policy

Provide and support customer service, telephone and face to face enquiries, issue of inventory products, the receiving of delivered goods inwards

Assist in ordering and creation of purchase requisitions

Any other responsibilities or duties as required and directed which are within the employee's skill level

Essentials you'll need;

Vocational or Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Business or related discipline or equivalent experience in a related field

Demonstrated ability and experience in the provision of high-quality accounts payable administration

Sound understanding of current tax laws, including regulations in relation to GTS.

Excellent interpersonal written and communication skills with a customer service focus and the ability to liaise and negotiate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders

Excellent time management skills along with a demonstrated ability to priortise tasks and meet deadlines under tight timeframes
