ICT Support Officer

Council are currently seeking an efficient ICT Support Officer to provide high quality direct services to customers of the ICT Operations of Council.

About the Role

As an ICT Support Officer, you will assist in the provision of direct support of Councils ICT customers and the use of ICT resources. This position will also provide support to the Information Technology unit to respond to requests relating to hardware, software and telecommunications.

About You

We are looking for someone who demonstrates the following:

· Be friendly, knowledgeable and efficient in regards to requests and enquiries.

· Support and assist other members of the Information Technology Unit.

· Hold a Certificate III in information Technology or have relevant industry experience.

· Have a high level of organisation skills to assist with time management and prioritisation of workloads.

The Benefits

This position is temporary full time until 30 April 2026 with a current starting annual salary of $70,937 per annum, plus superannuation.
