In this role, you’ll provide hands-on assistance with user administration, network and systems support and application troubleshooting, all while delivering exceptional customer service. In addition, you will contribute to the ICT team’s development and enhancement initiatives, participating in both on-premises and cloud-based technical and infrastructure projects. To be successful for this role you will require:

• Certificate or degree qualifications in an information technology field and some relevant experience or extensive relevant experience.
• Proficiency in the use of electronic hardware and software, and the ability to learn new software and systems.
• Ability to diagnose faults with computer software and hardware.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to users, other IT staff and external IT Service providers.
• High level customer service skills and experience in an ICT Helpdesk environment.
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality in all duties performed.
• High level time management skills and proven ability to prioritise tasks and deadlines.
• Valid Working with Children Check.
• Valid National Police Check.
• Valid Driver’s Licence.
