$93,235 - $101,108 per annum (Superannuation excluded)

We are currently seeking a Full Time Permanent staff member to join our team based at our offices in Sunshine.
Due to the nature of this position, remote or work-from-home arrangements are not available
The role
Reporting to the Service Desk Team Leader, we are seeking an ICT Support Specialist who can bring their skills and experience for:
- A minimum of 5 years of ICT support experience with proven technical expertise.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills. Support the delivery of stable, reliable, and high-visibility IT services within agreed timeframes and budgets.
- Act as a key escalation point for complex incidents within the Standard Operating Environment (SOE). Manage hardware and software provisioning requests in line with corporate standards.
- Strong technical skills in desktop and mobility support, audiovisual systems, and Microsoft 365 collaboration tools, particularly Microsoft Teams.
- Hands on experience with Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Config Manager & Faronics Deep Freeze software for endpoint management.
To be considered you will have:
- Current or recent experience in a similar role within a local council (desirable).
- At least 3-5 years' experience in a customer service delivery team within a technology environment, ideally a service desk.
- At least 3-5 years' experience in end user (desktops, laptops, endpoint device, etc) support.
- A solid understanding of ITSM Ticketing Tools to deliver best practice, Help Desk services to Council.
- Proficiency with desktop hardware/software, including Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, O365/M365 and endpoint tools (SCCM, Intune, etc)
- Ability to work in accordance with our values and behaviours.
