ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Client Support Representative, we’re looking for a warm, proactive, and people-loving individual. You'll be the friendly first point of contact for our allied health services in our Cheltenham Office.

The Client Support Representative role is a chance to genuinely connect with individuals and help them get the support they need. You'll be working in-office, side-by-side with a supportive and energetic team, in a role that’s equal parts meaningful and rewarding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the friendly voice on the phone and inbox, handling enquiries, referrals, and bookings.
  • Support our clinicians and team leaders with scheduling and day-to-day admin.
  • Keep the wheels turning in the office with seamless coordination.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and teammates alike.

ABOUT YOU

  • A working knowledge of the NDIS sector.
  • 2+ years of experience in an administration role.
  • Administration or Reception experience in s Healthcare setting (highly regarded).
  • Sound MS Office, data entry skills and booking platforms (Word & Excel).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Sharp attention to detail and the ability to multitask under pressure.
  • Quick thinking and confidence managing high-volume enquiries.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance and WWCC (or willingness to obtain).
  • Willing to work predominantly at our Cheltenham Office, with the opportunity to work from home.
