Office Admin & Client Services – Permanent Part-Time (Transitioning to Full-Time)

About the Opportunity
Due to ongoing growth, we’re now looking for a confident, proactive Customer Service and Admin specialist to join our Knoxfield HQ and help take our operations to the next level.
This role will begin as Permanent Part-Time while you complete your training and settle into our systems and processes. Once training is complete and you’re feeling confident, the role will transition to Full-Time hours.
We’re looking for someone available across Monday to Friday, with some flexibility on daily hours during the initial period.
What You’ll Be Doing
Coordinating job scheduling and work orders with the plumbing team
Managing incoming phone and email enquiries
Processing invoices, purchase orders, and chasing overdue accounts
Supporting broader client communication and team updates
Maintaining regular weekly/monthly admin tasks and reports
Being the reliable go-to for both clients and your teammates
You’ll be based in the office but work closely with our team in the field — you’ll feel like an essential part of the bigger picture, because you are.
What We’re Looking For
A motivated admin/customer service all-rounder with a can-do attitude
Great working knowledge of Melbourne suburbs (for efficient scheduling)
Exceptional phone manner and written communication skills
Detail-oriented, with strong time management and follow-through
A team player who thrives in a busy, organised, supportive environment
Bonus: Experience in a trade or service-based business is a plus
