We service rural, regional and remote locations – from homesteads and cabins to commercial and agricultural clients – and we’re passionate about helping Aussies become energy independent.

Business is booming, and we’re looking for a smart, reliable Operations Manager to take charge of our team and systems as we continue to grow.

The Role

Manage daily operations and job scheduling

Oversee generator installs, off-grid solar systems, and industrial electrical work

Ensure quality, safety and workmanship is always top-tier

Lead and support tradespeople in the field

Help streamline our processes and systems as we scale

Occasionally assist on-site when needed – especially for complex or remote jobs

Liaise with suppliers, clients and stakeholders

Report directly to the MD and play a key role in strategic decisions

What You’ll Bring

Current and valid electrical license (must-have)

Experience in off-grid, generator, and industrial electrical work

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication and problem-solving ability

Organised, self-motivated, and reliable

A proactive mindset with a focus on safety and quality

Solar industry experience is a bonus, but not essential

Willingness to travel and pitch in on-site when needed
