We’re looking for a confident and experienced FOH Supervisor to join the leadership team at our Brisbane Venues, Manning Street and Burnett Lane. Working closely with the FOH Manager, you'll help lead a high-performing team and ensure every guest interaction reflects Lune’s trademark standard of service.

This is a hands-on role, perfect for someone who thrives on the floor, leads by example, and brings both calm and energy to every shift.

What the role involves:

• Leading service and supporting management with daily FOH operations
• Coaching and guiding the team during shifts
• Handling guest feedback with professionalism
• Upholding presentation, service and safety standards
• Fostering a team culture aligned with Lune’s values

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has hospitality leadership experience (1.5+ years preferred)
• Communicates clearly and supports team development
• Is organised, proactive and detail-oriented
• Stays calm under pressure and solves problems confidently
• Has experience in leading a coffee program (desirable)
• Has full working rights and has flexible availability
• Is ready to start in August 2025
