Sirromet Wines is seeking a passionate and hands-on full time Duty & Venue Support Manager to join our dynamic hospitality team. Based at our stunning Mount Cotton estate, this role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, service-driven environment and enjoys variety, responsibility and a high degree of autonomy at work.

About the Role:

This is a key support role across our hospitality venues, where no two days are the same. You’ll be the go-to person on-site during afternoon and evening trade – supporting outlet managers, helping troubleshoot operational issues, and ensuring smooth, high-quality service across the property.

You’ll also step into outlet management when required, so leadership confidence, initiative and proactive approach to work, as well as an eye for detail are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Be the main point of contact across venues during afternoon/evening service

Support front and back of house teams to deliver smooth, guest-focused operations

Troubleshoot service issues, guest concerns, and urgent maintenance matters

Assist with venue handovers, close procedures, and staff coordination

Provide outlet manager relief during periods of leave or absences

Maintain presentation, safety, and service standards across the site

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in hospitality leadership, duty manager, or other hospitality supervisor roles

A calm, confident communicator with great people skills

Excellent multitasking ability and a proactive problem-solver

Hands-on approach – you're not afraid to jump in and help where needed

RSA and Food safety certificate required; First Aid desirable

Must be available Wednesday to Sunday, afternoon shifts e.g. 12:30 PM – 9:00 PM
