Shift Supervisor

East Coast Car Rentals are a hugely successful company with 10 busy Airport locations and 4 city locations. We are one of the most successful independent car rental retailers in Australia!

We are seeking to recruit a Shift Supervisor to join our busy branch in Brisbane (Hendra & City location), where your priority is to ensure smooth operations during your shift and provide exceptional customer service.

The successful candidate will be required to:

- Oversee the flow of customers, including smooth shuttle operations, vehicle readiness, and ensuring efficient operation of the branch during your shift.
- Supervise staff on site during your shift, including rostering, reporting, and addressing any staffing issues that arise.
- Monitor and enhance customer service levels presented by all branch staff during your shift.
- Address customer issues/complaints as needed and escalate to the Branch Manager when necessary.
- Ensure a high level of presentation and compliance of staff apparel, office and courtesy shuttle cleanliness, and rental car readiness at all times during your shift.

The role requires the following skills/attributes:

- Previous experience in a supervisory role, with strong customer service skills and commercial acumen.
- Exceptional people management skills.
- Good time-management and problem-solving skills.
- Impeccable personal presentation and grooming.
- Self-motivated with a passion for the car rental industry.
- Full driver's licence.
- Team spirit.
