What you’ll be doing
Booking qualified discovery calls and product demos with key decision-makers in schools
Researching and sourcing leads through outbound activity (we provide support + tools)
Crafting personalised emails and LinkedIn outreach that gets replies!
Making outbound calls to engage contacts and move conversations forward
Managing your pipeline using HubSpot and refining your workflow
Working closely with Marketing and Sales team to improve messaging and targeting
Hitting clear KPIs: calls made, meetings booked, pipeline generated etc.
Constantly iterating and improving your outreach strategy, talk tracks, and objection handling
Who we’re looking for
You’ve already been an SDR or BDR in B2B SaaS and know the game
Bonus points if you’ve worked in education, SaaS, or a high-growth startup
You’re confident on the phone and love getting responses to a great email
You know how to hit KPIs and thrive with goals in front of you
You’re competitive, organised, and want to be part of something big
You communicate clearly and directly—and aren’t afraid to ask the hard questions

Things we need from you
A genuine interest in EdTech and a desire to help schools improve their admin and operations through software
Strong written and verbal communication skills – you're confident speaking with school leaders, but you also know how to listen
Experience managing a CRM (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce) and maintaining accurate pipeline data
Organised, self-motivated and proactive – you're comfortable managing your own outreach and follow-ups
Experience that would be cool (but totally not required)
Prior experience selling or demoing SaaS products to K–12 schools or education organisations
A background working in a school or education setting – you get how schools operate
Experience booking and managing product demos or discovery calls
Exposure to working in a scale-up or startup environment
