An opportunity exists for a dedicated and professional Merchandiser / Sales Representative to join our VIC Sales Team, based in Melbourne. This role is responsible for servicing an established customer base across Greater Melbourne and regional Victoria.
Role objective
The primary objective of this role is to develop new and existing accounts, building strategic partnerships with key stakeholders including Electrical Wholesalers and Electrical Contractors.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular sales visits and telephone engagements with customers
Prepare quotations and follow up accordingly
Provide expert advice and support to customers to ensure correct product selection and application
Maintain and strengthen existing customer relationships while identifying opportunities for growth
Collaborate effectively with internal teams to meet and exceed sales targets
Skills and Experience Required
Electrical industry knowledge preferred
Current and valid Driver’s Licence with a willingness to travel regularly throughout Victoria
Exceptional customer service and relationship management skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to work autonomously
Ability to build strong internal and external relationships, supporting broader team objectives
