The Opportunity
Join the global leader in Certified Reference Materials and play a vital role in growing our Australian customer base. OREAS is seeking an Internal Sales Representative to drive sales growth across both the OREAS and AnalytiChem product ranges.
This is a dynamic role combining sales development with customer account management. You’ll be responsible for strengthening relationships with existing customers while actively identifying and converting new business opportunities. With a strong focus on achieving sales targets and contributing to our wider commercial goals, you’ll also support customer service functions and manage a portfolio of accounts.

About the Role
Working closely with the OREAS Sales Director, you’ll develop customer growth strategies, handle incoming enquiries and manage the end-to-end sales processes from initial contact through to order processing and after-sales support. Together with the customer service team, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, providing accurate information on product availability, pricing and delivery timelines.
In addition to driving sales, you’ll maintain customer data and sales pipelines using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, ensuring every interaction is followed up and documented. Collaboration with the warehouse and logistics teams will also be key to meeting customer expectations on product delivery.
About You
You’re a confident communicator with a proactive, customer-focused approach. You enjoy building relationships and take pride in delivering exceptional service, while also having a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, particularly in a B2B environment, and will be comfortable using CRM systems and other sales software. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset are essential, along with a willingness to pitch in and assist across the business when needed.
A background in science or chemistry would be highly regarded, as would prior experience within the reference materials industry, though neither is essential.
Prerequisites
We’re looking for candidates with a minimum of three years’ sales experience, preferably with a proven track record in B2B sales. Proficiency with CRM systems, strong communication and analytical skills.
