About the role

Plyco Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced and driven Sales Rep to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Rep, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, driving sales, and contributing to the overall growth of our business. This is a full-time role based in Fairfield, VIC.

What you'll be doing

• Actively prospecting and generating new leads to expand our customer base
• Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and new clients
• Presenting our product and service offerings in a professional and persuasive manner
• Negotiating and closing sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Providing excellent customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns
• Collaborating with other team members to develop and implement sales strategies
• Maintaining accurate records and reporting on sales performance

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Sales Representative or Consultant, preferably within the sales industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
• Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Adaptability and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Proficiency in using sales-related software and tools
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
