JKAGENCY is a leading provider of real estate services in the Eastern Suburbs. Located in Woollahra an exciting new opportunity is available to join our grounded and friendly team. The role will entail general office duties, data entry as well as encompass the management of compliance requirements (under supervision), including co-ordinating smoke alarms inspections, water compliance, landlord insurance audits along with strata communication management.
Skills and Experience:
- Strong communicator (written and verbal)
- Strong organisational, time management and planning skills
- Proficient in using standard office software and equipment
- Can work in a team environment and autonomously
- Real Estate Experience desirable

- We envisage the roll to be 3 days a week with core hours between 9.30am and 2.30pm.
