A position is available in our busy holiday letting agency for a part-time Administrative Assistant with a strong background in finance and solid organisational skills.
This role primarily supports our finance function, manages scheduled social media posts, and provides front desk relief as required.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with financial administration including invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, and data entry
Process security bond transactions including processing, tracking, and releasing as per agency procedures
Maintain and schedule social media content in line with marketing plans
Provide back-up support to our front desk team including answering phones, handling guest enquiries, and check-in/out processes
General office administration and support to the property management team
Requirements:
Previous experience in a finance/admin role (real estate or tourism industry experience an advantage)
Strong computer skills including Excel
Confident using social media platforms for business (e.g. Facebook, Instagram)
Professional phone manner and good interpersonal skills
Reliable, organised, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
