Belle Property Upper North Shore are looking for a motivated, energetic and determined Business Development Manager who is serious about driving growth and building pipelines within an agency that is on a significant upwards trajectory. On offer for the ideal candidate is an attractive salary package of up to $110,000 plus an uncapped potential to produce lucrative commissions on the business generated.

You will be responsible for:

Source and generate leads for new business through prospecting

Build and maintain database for potential new clients

Attend listing presentations and advise clients as required

Support a sales team of 12 agents producing 300 plus sales per year

Develop and co-ordinate new business

Help develop marketing strategies for the Property Management Department

Maintain and build outstanding professional relationships with existing and potential clients.

What you need :

Previous experience in Residential Property Management, Sales and/or Leasing

Current real estate license, valid driver's license with reliable car

Fantastic communication skills – both written and verbal

An outstanding customer service focus and strong work ethic

An understanding of what excellence looks like

Willingness to hunt down opportunities and fast-track growth

Willing to work collaboratively with your team

Strong administrative skills and time management
