The Sienna Hunter Valley is looking for an incredible live in couple !! We are a fast paced, fun and fast growing organisation and we pride ourselves on our staff culture and the unique customer experience that we provide across all our venues.

We are looking for a management team of 2 to live at the property and run the day to day operations of the hotel and wedding venue.

You will work under and in coordination with the General Manager who runs the entire operation but does not live on-site.

There are two positions we are looking to fill for this team:

Estates Manager - Grounds and Property Manager

Guest and Sales Manager

ESTATES MANAGER: You will be responsible for the successful operation of the entire grounds of the venue and the upkeep and look of the property including spas, septic system, water filtration system, rubbish sorting and collection, gardens, mowing, maintenance and upkeep, handyman jobs as needed, new building and renovation projects etc. There is also another full time gardener/grounds person as well.

GUESTS & SALES MANAGER: You will be responsible for the front of house operations and sales of the venue. This includes bookings and wedding sales, check-ins, housekeeping, room checks, food and beverage management, stock management, emails, phone calls, delivery, night duty manager for wedding including bookings, check-ins, housekeeping, room checks, office admin.

You will have a one bedroom apartment which is located at the property and comes as an inclusion in the role with all bills such as power, wifi and water included.

As the live in managers you will be responsible for night reception, night check ins, after hour calls, property emergencies and be on call for such.

You must have at least 2 years experience in managing or working at a hotel or resort as a live in position where you were on call and understand the nature of the role as live in managers.
