HOTEL MANAGER

We are seeking a Hotel Manager to lead the team at the Ivory Waterside Tavern and Marina.

About the Role:

We're looking for a Hotel Manager to lead the team. Someone with a diverse background in the Hospitality industry, a focus on quality food and beverage service. A natural leader and coach of their team mates, creative with ideas and activity in the Hotel but logical and organised with their approach to business operations and day to day execution.

About the Candidate:

The successful candidate will have prior experience with recruitment, training, food, beverage, functions and gaming service and operations. Property maintenance and social media advertising experience is an advantage.
