The Remington Muswellbrook is the region’s premier accommodation and dining venue, offering 54 luxurious suites, a modern Australian restaurant, and a fully licensed bar. Positioned in the heart of Muswellbrook’s business district, we’re expanding with multi-million-dollar plans for new rooms, a state-of-the-art restaurant, bar, and function spaces.
About the Role:
As Hotel Manager, you’ll work closely with senior leadership to drive growth, mentor teams, and uphold service excellence. You’ll lead operations, manage financial performance, and develop strategies to elevate guest satisfaction and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences
Manage budgets, wage costs, and revenue targets
Lead and mentor Food & Beverage and Rooms Division teams
Ensure compliance with liquor licensing and regulatory standards
Drive strategic planning and business development
Act as the Responsible Liquor Licensee
Collaborate with HR on staffing and team culture
Monitor and improve guest satisfaction metrics
About You:
You’re a vibrant leader with luxury hotel experience, known for inspiring teams and delivering excellence. You bring:
3+ years in hospitality management
Proven financial and operational expertise
Strong leadership and people management skills
Experience in revenue management and distribution
Knowledge of food & beverage operations and cost control
Compliance expertise across relevant frameworks
Permanent working rights in Australia
Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management (or equivalent)
