Lakeview Hotel Merimbula is an independently owned Hotel located on the gateway to the beautiful Sapphire Coast in New South Wales. It is a Hotel Motel in the heart of Merimbula that offers affordable accommodation along with a great bar and grill directly opposite Merimbula Lake.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Hotel Manager at Merimbula Lakeview Hotel located in Merimbula NSW.
The Hotel Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Hotel, managing staff, creating and managing budgets, driving sales, managing food and beverage services, and handling receptionist duties.
Qualifications
- Customer Service and Sales skills
- Budgeting and Financial Management skills
- food & beverage services experience
- Receptionist skills and phone etiquette skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to lead and manage a team
- ability to work flexible hours
- Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management preferred but not essential
- At least 3-5 years experience
- Driver's Licence
- Police Check
