About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated Internal Sales Representative to join a small, friendly team and contribute meaningfully to the company's growth. The focus is on building strong customer relationships and delivering high-quality service—not hitting high-pressure KPIs.

What You’ll Be Doing

Manage inbound customer enquiries and convert them into hire bookings

Proactively reach out to potential customers via cold calls to build new relationships

Prepare quotes, follow up leads, and provide equipment advice

Collaborate with operations and dispatch to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction

Maintain accurate records in the CRM and contribute to team sales planning

Work closely with external sales reps and support wider business initiatives

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in internal sales or customer service (ideally in equipment hire industry)

A confident communicator who enjoys speaking with people and building genuine relationships

Interest in or knowledge of access & EWP equipment (scissor lifts, boom lifts, etc.) is a plus—but not essential
