Come join our team as an Internal Sales Coordinator working in our New South Wales office.
This role offers a salary of $65,000 per annum plus super.
Reporting into the Inside Sales Manager, the Internal Sales Coordinator will work closely with both the sales and operations team to execute customer orders from order confirmation through to final installation. As the Sales Coordinator, you will coordinate and manage; materials, installation schedules, equipment building, shipment arrivals and departures, customer liaison and freight tracking, to ensure a smooth process and best in class customer experience.
The Internal Sales Coordinator will be the key link in the communication chain between Sales and Operations, ensuring all orders, POs, projects and installations are accurately entered and tracked in management software.
Main Responsibilities:
Reception/Phone duties – first port of call
Customer enquiries
Sales and order management
Maintain and report on installation schedules
Shipping and freight coordination
Data entry and management software upkeep
The Talents You Bring:
Demonstrated experience in sales, administration or customer service role
Customer service focus - solicits and uses feedback for continuous improvement and strives for quality and excellence
Work autonomously on tasks and takes responsibility and ownership over outcomes
Positive can-do attitude
Quick learner with a highly flexible approach to adjusting to changing needs and requirements
Well-developed communication skills, written and oral
An ability to identify issues and demonstrated problem solving skills
Intermediate to advanced computer literacy including Microsoft office applications and use of databases.
An ability to work as part of a team and promote a workplace culture that enables positive working relationships (internal and external)
