We’re searching for a results-driven F&B & Events Coordinator to join our leadership team. This is your opportunity to take full ownership of event sales, conference planning, and food & beverage delivery, all while working in one of the most beautiful regions of NSW.
Key Responsibilities
Lead F&B Operations: Oversee day-to-day delivery of food and beverage in collaboration with our experienced Restaurant Manager.
Drive Event & Conference Sales: Identify leads, convert enquiries, and grow revenue across weddings, corporate functions, and bespoke events.
End-to-End Event Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute exceptional events that leave lasting impressions.
Team Development & Training: Coach and develop F&B staff, ensuring consistency, professionalism, and service excellence.
Menu Innovation & Oversight: Collaborate with the kitchen to evolve menus that align with our brand, local produce, and guest expectations.
Strategic Revenue Generation: Your role is pivotal in increasing profitability through smart sales, upselling strategies, and client retention.
About You
A seasoned F&B professional with experience in both restaurant service and event delivery.
Strong sales orientation with a track record of converting leads and driving event bookings.
Confident in client communication, venue showcasing, and contract negotiation.
Natural leader with training and people management experience.
A creative thinker who understands menu planning, pricing strategies, and market trends.
Organised, energetic, and ready to be the face of events and F&B at the property.
