THE MONDAY GROUP has been engaged by a leading, privately owned hospitality group to recruit a talented Event Sales Coordinator. Representing a portfolio of premium venues across Sydney, this role offers either the opportunity to work across Corporate Events or Weddings/Social Events, delivering high-impact client experiences from enquiry to confirmed booking.

You'll join a collaborative, fast-paced sales team and act as the first point of contact for clients planning milestone events, business functions, and everything in between. This is an ideal opportunity for a client-focused coordinator with a passion for sales, service, and bringing unforgettable events to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound enquiries from corporate, wedding, and social clients via phone, email, and site visits
• Prepare tailored proposals, quotes, and contracts using Ungerboeck
• Conduct site inspections, meet and greet, and attend hosted events and expos as required
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless handover once an event is confirmed
• Build trusted relationships with clients and nurture repeat business opportunities
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activity and client interactions
• Work toward individual and team-based conversion and revenue targets
• Represent the brand at industry activations, bridal fairs, and corporate networking events

About You:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a fast-paced sales or event coordination role
• Background in hospitality, venue hire, or wedding/events sales
• Experience working with budgets, proposals, and contracts
• Confident communicator with a warm, professional approach
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing deadlines
• Experience with CRM systems (Ungerboeck highly regarded)
• Customer-centric mindset and a passion for creating memorable experiences
