As the Business Manager at Akers of Lawn, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of our office administration, Landscaping team, quoting, IT processes and Shop. You'll have the opportunity to lead a dedicated team of professionals who take pride in their work and are committed to delivering exceptional results for our clients.

The position with join the newly created senior leadership team with the current task priority of reinventing the business and elevating to new heights.

Strategic Planning and Execution

Financial Oversite, Budgeting

Human Resources and Team Management

Marketing, Sales and Business Development

🌱 Experience & Skills 🌱

Proven experience in a leadership role within Landscaping/Service Industry.

Knowledge of business processes and functions (i.e. HR, Finance, WHS)

Strong business acumen and financial skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR or similar. (Highly Regarded)

Knowledge of landscaping techniques, materials, and equipment (Highly Regarded).
