As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Manager to lead our Firle store.

About the Role
The Retail Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end operations of the Firle store, including purchasing, stock control, staffing, and customer service. The role requires strong coordination skills, as it involves regular collaboration with company directors and other store managers on shared supplier relationships, group purchasing strategies, and cross-store promotional activities.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with multi-site retail experience, or the ability to manage a store within a broader, collaborative retail structure.
Work Location: Firle, SA
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: $75,000 to $85,000, based on experience
Key Responsibilities
· Oversee day-to-day store operations including inventory management, purchasing, merchandising, and sales performance
· Coordinate with other store managers and directors on supplier engagement, group buying, and promotional activities
· Lead local marketing efforts and in-store promotions tailored to the store's customer base
· Prepare and monitor store budgets and forecasts to ensure financial targets are achieved
· Recruit, train, supervise, and support store staff to maintain excellent customer service and efficiency
· Ensure compliance with food safety, WHS, and internal operational standards
· Provide input on store layout, product range, and stock planning based on community needs
· Contribute to broader business initiatives and align store operations with the company’s overall brand direction
Key Requirements
· Diploma or higher qualification
· Minimum 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in food, grocery, or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sectors
· Proven ability to lead teams and manage retail operations independently
· Strong experience in supplier negotiation, stock control, and purchasing
· Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
· Experience working in a multi-store or collaborative retail setting is an advantage
· Bilingual ability in Mandarin or another Asian language is a plus
