About the Role:

As the Wine Room Manager, you’ll take charge of our curated wine selection, oversee daily operations, and provide expert knowledge to guests looking to explore our wine offerings. This is a role for someone who loves both running the show and being part of the guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain the wine room, stock levels, and inventory

Host wine tastings, pairing events, and exclusive wine masterclasses for guests

Build strong relationships with local wine suppliers

Deliver an exceptional guest experience every time

Lead and train staff in wine service and product knowledge

Develop and promote an engaging calendar of wine-related events

What We’re Looking For:

Strong knowledge of wine (WSET Level 2 or higher preferred)

Previous hospitality experience, preferably in wine service, bar management, or at a winery

Experience presenting or teaching in a hospitality setting is a plus

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Creative approach to events and customer engagement

Passionate, organised, and guest-focused
