About the Role:

We are seeking a Head Chef to take full control of kitchen operations and lead a dedicated and motivated team. You will be responsible for maintaining food quality, overseeing menu development, ensuring kitchen compliance, and managing food costs and staffing. This is a hands-on role, ideal for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys the opportunity to mentor and develop their team.

Your Skills and Experience:

Proven experience as a Head Chef or a strong Sous Chef ready to step up in a high-volume pub, club, or bistro environment

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead a small, efficient team

Confident in kitchen management including ordering, rostering, stock control, and cost management

Passionate about delivering consistent, high-quality meals and maintaining kitchen standards

A commitment to food safety, compliance, and OH&S best practices
