About the role
QuikSpeed Brake & Mechanical is seeking a Part Time Bookkeeper/Office Administrator to join their team in Nambour, QLD. This part-time position will see you responsible for managing the day-to-day financial and administrative tasks for the business.
What you'll be doing
Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring proper bookkeeping practices are followed
Processing accounts payable and receivable, data entry, bill payments, and bank reconciliations
Preparing and filing BAS and other tax-related documents
Providing general administrative support, such as answering phones, managing filing systems, and assisting with other office duties as needed
Working closely with the business owners to provide financial reporting.

What we're looking for
Proven experience as a bookkeeper or office administrator, ideally within a small business setting
Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and accounting software (e.g. MYOB)
Excellent attention to detail and numeracy skills
