Business Development Representative (BDR) - SaaS | Remote/Hybrid

Our client, a fast-growing SaaS company, is seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) to help accelerate their customer acquisition efforts. Key Responsibilities

Proactively identify and research target accounts within key industries and geographies

Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting (emails, cold calls, LinkedIn outreach) to generate qualified sales opportunities

Qualify inbound leads based on fit, need, and buying intent

Schedule meetings and product demos for Account Executives

Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to align messaging, campaigns, and outreach strategies

Maintain accurate and up-to-date activity records in the CRM (e.g., Salesforce or HubSpot)

Continuously test and improve messaging, sequences, and outreach tactics based on performance data

Stay informed on industry trends, competitor products, and our client's evolving value proposition

What We're Looking For

1-3 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or similar sales role

Strong communication and prospecting skills

Familiarity with sales tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, Outreach/Salesloft)

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and coachable

Previous SaaS or B2B experience is a plus
