About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and strategic Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive growth and expand our reach within the NDIS sector. In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, develop strong partnerships with stakeholders, and implement strategies to increase participant engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement business development strategies to grow our NDIS services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with NDIS participants, support coordinators, plan managers, allied health professionals, and other key stakeholders.
• Identify new market opportunities and partnerships to drive business expansion.
• Generate leads, negotiate service agreements, and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
• Represent the company at industry events, expos, and networking meetings.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve service offerings and customer experience.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and provide regular business performance reports.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or client engagement, preferably within the NDIS or healthcare sector.
• Strong understanding of NDIS services, plans, and funding models.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to develop and implement effective growth strategies.
• A proactive and results-driven approach to achieving business objectives.
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle (preferred).
