This role offers adhoc shifts for leave coverage, with additional casual shifts available across other DermCo Dermatology clinics.

Position Details:

Type: Casual

Location: Karrinyup Dermatology, with opportunities at other DermCo clinics

Start Date: As soon as a suitable applicant is found

Schedule: Adhoc shifts (leave coverage), with potential for more across sites

Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional front-desk service to patients and visitors

Answer phone calls and manage appointment bookings

Maintain accurate patient records and support clinical flow

Work collaboratively with a professional medical team

Perform general administrative duties as needed

About You:

Previous medical reception experience preferred

Experience with Genie software is an advantage

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Reliable, adaptable, and able to work independently
