About the Role
Shifts include days, alternate weekends, and some public holidays. Flexibility is essential, especially to cover during periods of annual or sick leave. Please note that this is a casual position, and the pay rate includes a 25% casual loading.

What We’re Looking For

Previous reception experience is essential

Familiarity with Best Practice software

A positive, team-oriented attitude

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Providing excellent customer service

Opening & closing the clinic

Answering calls and managing appointments

Welcoming patients and ensuring paperwork is completed

Scanning, faxing, and maintaining patient files

Private billing of patients

Assisting doctors and clinical staff with administrative tasks
