We are currently seeking a warm, professional, and highly organised Medical Receptionist / Secretary to join our team at a specialist pain clinic located in Mount Lawley. This is a casual role offering flexible working hours and days, averaging around 15 hours per week, with the potential for increased hours as needed.

About the Role:

You’ll be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional front desk and administrative support in a calm and compassionate clinical environment. Your responsibilities will include:

Welcoming patients and managing appointment bookings

Answering phone and email enquiries

Processing payments and Medicare claims

Preparing and managing patient files and correspondence

Providing general administrative support to 3x specialists

About You:

This role is ideally suited to someone with previous experience in the medical field, such as:

Medical reception or administration experience

Healthcare background or current nursing/medical student

A return-to-work parent looking for flexible part-time hours
