Position Details:

Type: Permanent, Part-Time

Location: St John of God Dermatology, Subiaco

Hours: Mondays, Wednesdays & Thursdays | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Start Date: As soon as a suitable applicant is found

Key Responsibilities:

Greet patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism

Answer phone calls, manage bookings, and respond to patient enquiries

Maintain accurate patient records and support the smooth running of the clinic

Provide high-level administrative support to the dermatology team

Ensure an exceptional patient experience at every touchpoint

About You:

Experience as a medical receptionist is essential

Familiarity with Genie software is highly regarded

Excellent communication, organisation, and multitasking skills

Friendly, proactive, and committed to patient care

Reliable and flexible, especially with covering extra shifts when needed
