The Opportunity
We're seeking a Senior Procurement Officer to join our expanding team. Reporting directly to the Supply Chain Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in keeping our supply chain running smoothly. From managing purchase orders and supplier communications to coordinating logistics and supporting internal stakeholders, you'll be the key connector ensuring everything stays on track.

Join the small, yet close-knit Suppy Chain team at AllShelter. This role is office based in Erskine Park, NSW.

Key Responsibilities

Manage parts availability, purchasing, and scheduling.

Coordinate with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal teams.

Oversee purchase orders, documentation, and logistics tracking.

Use NetSuite and SharePoint to maintain visibility and organisation.

Monitor supplier lead times and update internal dashboards.

Ensure data accuracy and generate regular supply chain reports.

Support continuous improvement initiatives.

Liaise between internal teams and outsourced manufacturers.

Prepare logistics and project documentation for client submissions.

Verify invoices, review purchase order reports, and maintain records.

Build and nurture strong supplier relationships.

What You'll Bring

Proven experience in supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing.

Tech-savvy with ERP experience—NetSuite is a big plus.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Meticulous attention to detail and highly organised.

Calm under pressure and capable of working independently.

Team player who can take ownership and delegate effectively.

Familiarity with BOMs and outsourced manufacturing environments (a must).
