QA Officer - Civil Construction | Night Shift | Sydney, NSW

We’re working with a well-established civil construction business with over 30 years of experience delivering road maintenance and concrete works across Greater Sydney. With consistent project flow and a reputation built on safety, quality, and innovation, they’re now seeking a driven QA Officer to join their Concrete Division.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Conduct pre-start toolbox talks to support onsite readiness
• Create detailed daily diaries of site activities
• Document every stage of the works via photo and written updates
• Log quality, safety, and environmental checks using a digital platform
• Support QA processes such as incident reporting, consultation logs, and measurement records
• Collaborate closely with supervisors, clients, and the wider team to maintain site standards.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• Previous experience in construction (civil or concrete works ideal)
• Construction White Card – essential
• Strong written communication and documentation skills
• Comfortable with technology and digital reporting tools
• Sharp attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
• Able to think on your feet, adapt to site conditions, and communicate confidently
• HR license or admin experience – highly regarded but not essential
• Professional, reliable and a team-first mindset
