Trade Counter Sales Representative – Step Out of the Warehouse and Into Sales

This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone with a warehousing or logistics background who is eager to transition into sales support. If you’re confident managing stock, understand order systems, and enjoy engaging with customers, this could be your ideal next move.

Location: Murarrie
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm
Pay: $35 p/h
Start: Immediate start available
Type: Temporary to permanent opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately process customer sales orders using SAP (training provided)

Handle EFT transactions and monitor inventory levels

Coordinate stock movements and manage associated administration tasks

Maintain a strong understanding of product lines and assist with accessory sales

Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, spare parts, and direct-to-site deliveries

Work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure high-quality service delivery

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in warehousing, trade counter sales, or customer service

Strong data entry skills and attention to detail

Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, or willingness to learn

Excellent communication skills and a professional manner

A proactive, reliable work ethic and the ability to work independently and in a team

An interest in developing a long-term career in sales or customer support
