Resource Labour Hire is seeking a disciplined, reliable and experienced Customer Service Supervisor to lead our dedicated customer service team for a Medical Supplies Company near Underwood.
Our client is looking to expand and wanting to appoint a leader for an established team.

This person will ensure our clients receive outstanding support and timely solutions, while driving continuous improvement across processes and operations. The role also requires a sound understanding of customer service principles, administration, sales and basic financial information, coupled with the ability to acquire product knowledge and provide a high level of communication to customers and internal stakeholders.
We Want:
A Customer Service Supervisor to work within a busy Medical Supplies & Equipment Company
Good communicator - inbound & outbound calls / customer calls / joining & assisting the management team / bookings / coordinating sales, queries or complaints / administration
A Customer Service Supervisor with a can do attitude, we want someone that can communicate at all levels, confidence is the key, someone that can multi task and see it through to the end
Lead, mentor, and coach a small team of Customer Service Representatives to meet performance and quality standards
Oversee daily customer service activities via phone and email
Manage escalated customer issues with professionalism and speed
Develop, implement, and refine customer service policies and procedures
Monitor team performance using analytics, quality audits, and regular reporting
Coordinate closely with Sales Management, Operations and Tech Support teams
Identify and lead process improvement projects focused on efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate documentation and reporting to manage customer information
A Customer Service Supervisor that is personable, bags of common sense, has a sense of humour, wants to teach & develop staff and can listen.
A Customer Service Supervisor that is flexible with start and finish times as the business / clients do throw some last minute curve balls with last minute queries, sales or complaints
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 3–5 years in customer service, including 1–2 years in a supervisory role
Experience in a medical equipment or healthcare environment preferred
Proven leadership with ability to coach, motivate, and manage a team effectively
Strong analytical skills and proficiency with service metrics, CRM systems, and reporting tools
Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills and able to remain calm under pressure
Comfortable working with new operating systems and adapting to technological enhancements
Diploma or bachelor’s in business, healthcare administration, or related field is a plus.
In Return:
Good starting Salary based on Skills & Experience
Temp to Perm - this position will lead to a permanent contract being offered if not immediately
Casual Rate: $47.50ph including casual allowance plus super plus overtime / Permenant Rate will start from $75,000 pa but negogiable depending on experience
