Your new role

We are currently looking for casual customer service representatives to join our team here in Yatala. As a customer service rep, you will be the face of our company, answering calls & emails as well as providing excellent customer service to anyone who comes to visit our showroom. Due to the nature of the pool industry, this role requires someone who can work additional hours in the summer months as well as weekends to support customer demand. Availability of hours throughout the winter months will be limited. Flexibility with working hours is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Answering phone/email/in-person enquires, quotes, orders etc
• Providing technical information and solutions to customers
• Providing exceptional customer service
• Promoting the products and services of the company to existing and new customers
• Building and maintaining positive customer relationships
• Completing administration tasks to support the daily operations of the customer service team

About You

• Previous experience in a customer service or administration role is preferred
• A friendly, self-motivated individual
• Strong attention to detail
• Technically minded i.e. with training you can develop a good understanding of swimming pool equipment and water chemistry. Previous knowledge not required.
• Ability to address and resolve problems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment
