About the role

This is a casual Customer Service & Takeaway Attendant role at Tropic Petroleum, based in Townsville, Queensland. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and preparing delicious takeaway food and beverages.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and assisting customers with their purchases

Preparing and serving food and drinks for our takeaway menu

Maintaining a clean and organised work environment

Restocking shelves and displays as needed

Providing friendly and knowledgeable customer service

Handling cash and card transactions accurately

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer service or retail role, preferably within the food and beverage industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent time management and multitasking abilities

A passion for providing high-quality customer service

Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
